I've just had a direct Cars taxi number 61 driving behind me flashing his head light to over take and when I looked at him as he passed he then slowed down and proceeds to threaten me to pull over if this is the way these driver's work I would not order a taxi from this service

Along with our friends we've been using Direct cars for a good number of years, last Saturday afternoon we pre-booked a taxi with them for 7pm, as we had a restaurant booking for 7.15.At 7.10 we phoned to enquire where the taxi was. The woman informed us of where our taxi was, roughly 2 minutes drive away. At 7.20 we decided to take our own car, just as the taxi pulled up, too late I'm afraid. So not only had we wasted our time booking a taxi, the woman had lied to us as to how much longer we'd have to wait.The bad news for direct cars is that they are not the only taxi firm in Deal, so the end result is that they've lost 2 regular customers, as easy as that.
